TREASURES REPORT: Cindy Sheff
Financial Summary Year to Date: General Account $509.95, Childrens Account $488.95
Cindy went over Projections for expected revenues and expenses: On the revenue side Food Depot donations are slightly lower than expenses, t-shirt/cap sales are down and Gypsy Festival will bring in $1,037 (and replace $500.00 advance) for a total of $4,162.00. On the expense side are the Food Depot, Canary Ad, Web-site, Inventory, Ball-Park, Legal Fees, Office Expense, Taxes/Fees, Fundraising Expenses and Promotions (Replica Miners Uniforms), for a total of $4856.00. The situation is that at our current revenues we are looking at a net loss of about $800.00 . Discussion of how to remedy situation resulted in a desire for more fund raisers, more opportunities for t-shirt/hat sales and a need for more members to help with such endeavors.
We need more signors on our checking account due to Joyce, Mike and Kent being away for an extended period.
